When you have to live in a luxury apartment then you should consider this. Granted not everywhere is like Wilshire, but you can potentially find other great areas to live that would compare to it. It is really a matter of knowing what you really need. Do you need an expensive place to brag about and wow your friends, if so go for it, don’t think twice, get an apartment at Miracle Mile.

The Waterstone Cheviot Hills in Los Angeles 90034

The Waterstone Cheviot Hills

So how do you think is living in third world country?  Well not really far from living in some parts of Los Angles. Anyways, so what do you think of Cheviot Hills? It seems like from few ratings on Google, the place had a terrible reputation. User Kpflu reports his bike stolen, and “Andrew” says the place stink, but that was a year a go – by looking at the Google history. How is it now?

Has anybody lived there recently?

Look a place of living is a place of living when you live in a bad place you expect to pay less, that’s how it is. If it was good then you would pay a lot . Anyways, I don’t know if this place is really bad. You guys tell me if you lived here, and I will compile your feedback,and summarize it in nice little charts, that is if you like charts.

If you are looking at his apartment then most likely you have some kind of business in downtown Los Angeles, if not and especially if you have family. I would say what in the world are you doing living in  downtown area. Anyways. Lets assume you want to be in downtown for good reason then this place might be an affordable location in a relatively safe area (by downtown standards).

Since this is downtown you are close to a lot of businesses and yummy food. Like Pitfire Pizza on 2nd street.  If you ever lived in this place, let me know so I can compile your views as part of this post. Remember this blog needs to be composed of your views, so pile them up.

So what is going here, has this place really changed? It seems like new reviews online shows the staff is been taking care of this apartment complex now, and people are happier. What do you think? Let me know so I can get the ratings summarized here.

This place seem to have the potential to be a good apartment. It has hardwood floors (but I guess who doesn’t?), and fitness center. What else do you want? I know, I know the most important thing in an apartment is when things how fast they fix it. Based on reviews only it seems like the managemnt team had  problem fixing things, but it seems like it has changed now.

One thing you have to remember is that you need to make a decision on what do you need in an apartment. If you want a cheap place, then well, you have to live with some problems.  Look there is another apartment close by Park La Brea Apartments. Read on that apartment.

First all this place is “grand” compare to few other apartments. It seems like from online review the parking attendent and security guards are mores the center of discussion then the actual apartment complex.  If you don’t know what I am talking about just look at the Google reviews for this apartments, which makes me think, who writes these reviews? If you take time to write a review, for goodness sake at least mention why you would live or not live in a place like this.  Discussing a nice security guard might good for your facebook page, but seriously not for a review for general public.

Anyways, enough of rant about reviews. As you all know I want to solve this problem, so give me your reviews, so I can clean it up here, and put it in readable form.

You know how ball rolls down on a crocked surface, same way by looking at reviews online you can tell whether a apartment complex is really screwed up. Anyways, it was a lame analogy but was worth a shot. Promenade Tower seem to be pretty bad from online reviews. People had issues with plumbing , etc.

Near CSUN: The Apartments at University Village

When you have to live on campus this is your choice. Remember just because it is on campus, it doesn’t mean it is bad. This might your best bet. You cannot find good apartments in Los Angeles for under a thousand dollar.

Also, don’t forget there are plenty of apartments around the campus, so do your research before you get into a contract. For those of you who have lived in these apartments don’t forget to leave feedback for other prospective tenants. csun: The Apartments at University Village
